Jhanne Litson - Founder

I am a specialist project recruiter with 2 decades of experience within market research and cultural insight, finding and casting bespoke, hard to reach, influencer and expert participants across a range of commercial and non-profit work and events. Having worked both independently and within leading research agencies, I have unique strategic knowledge - from how to find niche or hard to reach participants, to best practice on approach and tone of voice, bringing success to every project.


I have global experience within Fashion, Music, Youth, Education, Healthcare, FMCG, Luxury, Automotive, Finance, Tech, Social Media, Sports and nonprofit research initiatives. I have led specialist participant recruit briefs for clients including adidas, Facebook, Unilever, LVMH, Diageo, Estee Lauder Company, Google, Booking.com, IKEA and Chanel.

Ines De Asis - Research Consultant

I am a multidisciplinary researcher with degrees across the Humanities (double BA; MA; Mlitt) and have a PhD in Philosophy from the University of St Andrews. I have a decade of experience using my skill set to research outside the academy, being adept at extracting core elements for research, analysis, deduction; and at finding experts in specific fields, inclusive of but not limited to the academic circuit. I can bridge both worlds to get cutting-edge research and boots-on-the-ground research to fill a holistic picture.
